The Marshall-Putnam County Fairgrounds is located at 915 University Avenue (IL Rt. 29), Henry, IL. Henry is at the intersection of IL Rt. 29 (University Avenue) and IL Rt. 18. Henry is approximately 25 miles south of Interstate 80; 30 miles north of Peoria, IL and 20 miles west of Interstate 39.
Directions to the Fairgrounds from the South: Follow IL Rt. 29 North into Henry. After proceeding through the 4-way stop intersection of IL Rt. 29 and IL Rt. 18, the main entrance to the fairgrounds will be on your left.
Directions to the Fairgrounds from the North: While traveling Interstate 80, take exit # 61 (South I - 180 Peoria). Follow I - 180 South (to Peoria) which then turns into IL Rt. 29 (a two lane highway). Continue on IL Rt. 29 into Henry and the main entrance to the fairgrounds will be on your right.
Directions to the Fairgrounds from the East: While traveling Interstate 39, take exit # 41 (IL Rt. 18 west). Follow IL Rt. 18 through Henry to the IL Rt. 29, 4-way stop intersection. Turn right onto IL Rt. 29 and the main entrance to the fairgrounds will be on your left.
PLEASE NOTE: All demo car entries, tractor/truck pull entries, light horse show participants and livestock exhibitors are asked to use the West Gate entrance located on Western Road just west of the IL Rt. 29 and IL Rt. 18 4-way stop intersection.
