from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm.AGAIN
THIS YEAR:
No one may enter the fairgrounds
through the front gate. All units must enter through our southwest gate on
Western Road and follow the marked roadway. All units must be measured by a
fair volunteer before you can go to the fair office to turn in completed
leases and make payment. Office personnel will then tell you where to park.
Having all paperwork completed before entering the office will help shorten
your wait time. Thank you for your cooperation in these new procedures.

No reservations or advance payment accepted.

Length is figured "tip to tip" including trailers,
hitches,
motors, tanks, etc. Units will be measured.

- There is a height restriction. No unit may be more than
12 feet in height.
- Detachable LP or Fuel Tanks must be removed from recreational vehicles and boats.
- All permanent LP Tanks must be shut off.
- All batteries are to be disconnected.
- Auxiliary gas tanks and any other potentially inflammable material and equipment are to be removed.
- Extreme care will be taken when handling the units, however the Fair Board Association accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any damage or loss.
- Please provide a Certificate of Insurance showing comprehensive insurance
coverage on the vehicles to be stored. Your insurance company can fax it ahead
of time to the fair office (309-364-2952).

The Marshall-Putnam Fairgrounds is available for rent.
The fairgrounds is located on IL Rt. 29, approximately 30 miles north of Peoria, IL;
25 miles from Interstate 80; or 20 miles from Interstate 39.
